Return policy
If you are not satisfied with the non-personalized items you receive, you have seven (7) days upon receipt to exercise the right to return them.
In case of return, delivery charges won't be reimbursed. Likewise, collection expenses will be paid by customers. Returned products have to be in perfect condition and in its original packaging. Once the goods are received in our facilities and their condition is checked, we'll refund the purchase price using the method of payment chosen by the client.
In all cases, Persobebe.com will cover return costs in the case of faulty products and/or mistaken deliveries provided that the customer informs of this eventuality within seven (7) days upon receipt of such items.

Taxes
Customers residing in the European Union: VAT (Value Added Tax) is included in the prices quoted in our electronic commerce shops. Purchases made by VAT paying legal entities (companies, entities, organizations…) whose head offices are in the European Union and provided with internal UE NIF number are exempted of VAT payment provided that they send the above mentioned document via e-mail to: info@persobebe.com
Customers residing outside the European Union: We remind you that the prices quoted for delivery expenses do not include import taxes (customs tariffs), which will be paid by addressee in cash upon reception of goods. |
